Registered Massage Therapy

Cancellation policy:  24 hrs notice is required for a cancellation, otherwise 100% of the fee for the appointment will be charged.
Late policy:  You will be given the full attention of your RMT for the remainder of your time slot.

You may tailor your massage treatments to your preference or alternatively, allow your therapist to create a fusion-treatment based on your requirements.

Hot Stone Massage:
A deep tissue massage enhanced by the use of hot stones that help to soften muscle tissue and relax the body. 1hr $140+HST, 90min $190+HST

RMT Facial:
A luxurious 45 min session including personalized serum, facial rolling, facial cupping, gua sha, as well as manual lymphatic drainage techniques and Swedish head, neck and shoulder massage. Covered under RMT insurance benefits. $125+HST or as a 30min add on to a massage appointment for $95+HST

Swedish Massage:
This is a soft tissue massage with our luxurious all-natural coconut oil* applied directly on your skin allowing for the long, smooth, flowing strokes characteristic of a traditional Swedish Massage. Swedish Massage can be relaxing, therapeutic, or both, & can be seamlessly blended with most other massage therapy modalities (myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy) allowing your therapist to tailor a treatment just for you and your needs! * grape seed oil is also available.

Pre- & Post-Natal Massage:
Pre- & post-natal massage shares many of the same goals as regular massage therapy: to ease tension, relieve aches and pains, relax tense muscles, assist biomechanical dysfunction. In an expecting mother’s case, special attention and care is given by the RMT to the physical, psychological, and emotional changes unique to pregnancy.

Cupping Therapy:
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage:
Reduce swelling and inflammation, increase circulation, and flush harmful toxins out of the body. Aromatherapy essential oils can be added to improve mood disorders, enhance quality of sleep, heal skin disorders, reduce fluid retention, and boost the immune system. Fasting from food prior to lymph drainage treatments will provide maximum results.

All of our massage therapists are registered and can issue registered receipts for submission to your insurance company if you are covered for Registered Massage Therapy.
